Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system.

If the payment for your booking on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received 48 hours prior to the time of your departure; else, your booking is liable to be cancelled. Confirmation of services, is subject to availability. In such instances, www.artravele.com reserves the right to find alternative options which are similar or of a higher category. In such cases, www.artravele.com will notify the customer 24 hours from the time the payment has been received.

Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction 2 working days, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our customer care hotline.

I  confirm that I will be providing you with my personal data and hereby expressly consent to the use of such data for the purpose of the booking made with you. This includes express permission to share the personal data information with your service providers and agents. I also further expressly consent to the use of my personal data to promote products and services of your company or brand. I confirm that I have read through your data policy and have understood my rights in relation to the personal data which I am providing to you.

Amendment and Cancellation policy

Cancellation of bookings is possible through www.artravele.com . However this is subject to cancellation, bank and administrative charges. Cancelation of bookings will not be accommodated within a time frame of 14 days prior to the commencement of the Tour. This would vary based on the hotels cancellation policy and the period of the booking.

To amend your booking, please, contact Customer Care hotline or your travel consultant, indicating your reference number. www.artravele.com reserves the right to accept / decline amendment requested by customers.

Refunds

Payments received via our payment gateway using valid credit cards, will be refunded back to the originated card only. This will be subject the above mentioned cancellation and amendment policy.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary from case to case.

If you make a booking and thereafter are not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the booking including hotel reservations selected by you will stand cancelled and www.artravele.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

www.artravele.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.

In case of dispute with any party, www.artravele.com decision will be binding and final. By making payment in respect of this invoice you are deemed to have accepted the Services as contained in the itinerary which are subject to the terms and conditions of Walkers Tours Limited at www.artravele.com – terms and conditions. Please note that additional charges shall be payable for any services obtained from Artravele not included in your itinerary.
